The purchase process begins by selecting the destination, date, and desired service. The client must then fill in the required personal information and proceed to payment using the methods available on the website. Our system ensures a fast, secure, and user-friendly experience.
After completing the purchase and confirming payment, the client will automatically receive an email with the ticket and the corresponding invoice. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of this information.
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Valleniza Travel S.L. reserves the right to update prices without prior notice but will always honor the rate in effect at the time of purchase confirmation.
Once the purchase is finalized, cancellations and refunds are not allowed. Purchasing a service implies the client’s full commitment to the selected date, conditions, and service details. Please review your order carefully before proceeding.
Valleniza Travel S.L. is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications resulting from force majeure, adverse weather conditions, administrative decisions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Clients must bring their printed or digital ticket and any necessary identification documents (ID, passport, visas, etc.).
